Meet Val Parker

With a career in the nonprofit field, Ms. Parker has specialized in building volunteer programs that build capacity through expanding volunteer roles and services at all levels, helping organizations leverage volunteers to move their mission forward.

She brings her extensive management experience with enthusiasm and integrity to each nonprofit she works with. She has served with agencies of all sizes, from large national brands to small, grassroots nonprofits. Some organizations she has worked with include Habitat for Humanity, Girl Scouts, 4-H, and local So Cal programs. Her background includes volunteer management, community outreach, DEI, budgeting, fund development, and program management.

With her upbeat perspective, Ms. Parker believes there is nothing volunteers cannot do, and she is excited to help every organization maximize its volunteers’ potential.
